§ 10-116. Wholesaler's license for sale of alcoholic beverages not in excess of 22 percent of alcohol by weight.

A wholesaler's license for sale of alcoholic beverages not in excess of 22 percent of alcohol by weight authorizes the licensee to sell alcoholic beverages not in excess of 22 percent of alcohol by weight to a person duly licensed to sell alcoholic beverages.

Ord. No. 170124 , § 1, adopted March 30, 2017, amended the Code by repealing former § 10-116, and adding a new § 10-116. Former § 10-116 pertained to wholesaler's license for sale of alcoholic beverages not in excess of 22 percent of alcohol by weight to retailers, and derived from Ord.
