§ 10-117. Wholesaler's license for sale of malt beverages.

A wholesaler's license for sale of malt beverages authorizes the licensee to sell malt beverages to a person duly licensed to sell alcoholic beverages.

Ord. No. 170124 , § 1, adopted March 30, 2017, amended the Code by repealing former § 10-117, and adding a new § 10-117. Former § 10-117 pertained to wholesaler's license for sale of malt beverage to retailers, and derived from Ord. No. 000056, adopted February 22, 2000; and Ord.
