§ 10-115. Wholesaler's license for sale of alcoholic beverages of all kinds.

A wholesaler's license for sale of alcoholic beverages of all kinds authorizes the licensee to sell alcoholic beverages of all kinds to a person duly licensed to sell alcoholic beverages.

Ord. No. 170124 , § 1, adopted March 30, 2017, amended the Code by repealing former § 10-115, and adding a new § 10-115. Former § 10-115 pertained to wholesaler's license for sale of alcoholic beverages of all kinds to retailers, and derived from Ord. No. 000056, adopted February 22, 2000.
