§ 6-36. Test flights.
Latest version.
Test flights shall not be made from the airport unless the plane is certified by the Federal Aviation Agency or unless the plane is undergoing tests for the purpose of certification by the Federal Aviation Agency. On any test flight of aircraft from the airport, the personnel making such flight shall be limited to the number absolutely necessary to properly perform the test.
