§ 4-71. Changes to signs.

Regardless of the provisions of any other ordinance, no change shall be made to any legal nonconforming business advertising sign after establishment of the district pursuant to this article; provided, however, this section shall not apply to any legal nonconforming business advertising sign which is changed or modified to become a conforming business advertising sign.
