Article III. REMOVAL OF LEGAL NONCONFORMING BUSINESS ADVERTISING SIGNS |
§ 4-70. Expiration of district.

Six months prior to the expiration of the five-year period from the effective date of the ordinance creating a district under this article, the director of codes administration shall notify all owners of legal nonconforming business advertising signs that the period of compensation is approaching expiration. After the five-year period has expired, no owner of a legal nonconforming sign shall be entitled to compensation for the removal or correction of a legal nonconforming business advertising sign.
