§ 4-72. Applicability of article.

Latest version.

The provisions of this article shall apply only to legal nonconforming business advertising signs identified as such by the director of codes administration. Illegal nonconforming business advertising signs shall not be entitled to the benefit of these provisions and remain subject to prosecution.
