Ord. No. 060056, § 1, adopted January 19, 2006, amended the Code by repealing former §§ 40-351 and 40-352 in their entirety. Former § 40-351 pertained to vehicle signs for hucksters, hawkers, peddlers and express vehicles; and derived from the Code of Gen. Ords. 1967, § 21.445.
