§ 40-353. Itinerant wholesale produce or grain dealers.

Any merchandise sold in packages by any itinerant wholesale produce or grain dealer shall have painted, written or printed on such package in a plainly legible manner the name and address of the grower or producer thereof. Such dealer shall have his name and the number of his license painted conspicuously, or displayed by plates or other signs, on both sides of each licensed vehicle, together with the words "itinerant licensed wholesale produce or grain dealer" thereon. Such dealer shall carry his license with him and shall exhibit the license whenever required by any police officer.
