§ 34-6. Businesses to keep premises clean.
It shall be the duty of every person operating a business or an establishment whereto the general public is invited or permitted to attend or patronize, to keep and maintain the premises in a clean and sanitary condition, and all restrooms, toilets and fixtures and equipment therein shall be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected at least once each day they are open for use. It shall be the duty of the person in charge to remove immediately, or cause to be removed, any handwriting, drawings, engravings, pictures, photographs, images, signs or figures placed on the walls, doors, floors, partitions, furnishings or fixtures therein, which are obscene under state law.
