§ 34-7. Vacant property to be kept clean.
It shall be the duty of every owner of vacant property, and of every agent or other person having control, charge, authority or management over or concerning any such property, to keep the property free and clear from any and all rubbish and filth of every kind and description, and of all water pools and ponds. Any person violating any of the provisions of this section shall, on conviction, be deemed guilty of a violation of this chapter, and each and every day, or fraction thereof, that he shall allow or permit any such rubbish, filth or water pools or ponds to be and remain on such vacant property shall constitute a separate offense.
