§ 34-13. Sale of unsafe water.

Latest version.

No person shall sell, offer or expose for sale any water which is impure or unwholesome or otherwise dangerous to health. No person shall sell, offer or expose for sale any such water after having been notified by the director of health or any officer or agent of the health department not to do so.
