§ 34-12. Same—Penalty for failure to comply with order.

Any person failing, refusing or neglecting to obey or comply with an order of removal or discontinuance within such time as the director of health shall require, as provided in section 34-11, shall be deemed guilty of a violation of this chapter, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than $25.00 and not more than $500.00.
