§ 34-14. Inspection of wells and springs.

The director of health shall pay special and careful attention to all wells, cisterns and springs within the corporate limits, and he shall have such wells, cisterns and springs carefully inspected and examined. All officers and employees of the health department and all officers whose duty it is to inspect premises shall have the power to enter onto property for the purpose of inspecting and examining wells, cisterns and springs.
