§ 30-143. Permit required for sale or manufacture.

(a)

It shall be unlawful to deliver, directly or indirectly, into or receive into the city for sale, or to produce, sell or offer for sale therein or to have in storage where mix or frozen dairy products are sold or served, any mix or frozen dairy products manufactured or processed by a manufacturer or plant which does not have a permit from a health officer.

(b)

It shall be unlawful to operate within the city a frozen dairy products plant or a mix manufacturing plant without first obtaining a permit from a health officer. Only a person who complies with the requirements of this article shall be entitled to receive and retain such a permit.
