§ 30-142. Sale of adulterated or misbranded mix or products.

No person shall, within the city or its police jurisdiction, manufacture, freeze, sell, offer or expose for sale, or have in possession with intent to sell, any mix or frozen dairy product which is adulterated or misbranded, which has been unnecessarily exposed to contamination by molding, forming or mishandling, or which has not been manufactured in a plant operating under this article.
