§ 2-1679. Same—Resources.

Upon the establishment of the fund referred to in section 2-1678, all motor equipment and nonmotorized construction and maintenance equipment in the custody of any division of the public works department shall be transferred to the custody of the division of motor equipment and shall become resources of the public works working capital fund. The shop equipment, tools, materials, supplies and other commodities in use or in storage at any public works department garage, at the street and sewer repair yard, and at such other storage rooms and storage places as the director of public works may prescribe will also become resources of such fund.
