§ 2-1680. Same—Payments out of fund.

Future purchase of such items as are described in section 2-1678 shall be paid for out of the public works working capital fund upon requisition of the director of public works, who shall be the disbursing officer thereof. All costs of operating and maintaining motor equipment and nonmotorized construction and maintenance equipment, including overhead costs but excluding salaries or wages of equipment operators, shall be paid out of such fund.
