March 7, 1996; Ord. No. 981195, adopted October 15, 1998; and Ord. No. 981373, adopted
December 29, 1998. Ord. No. 130041, § 2, adopted March 21, 2013, amended the Code
by repealing former § 2-1653 in its entirety. Former § 2-1653 pertained to prompt
payment by city, and derived from Ord. No. 941103, adopted September 1, 1994. Ord.
No. 010460, § 1, adopted July 19, 2001, amended the Code by repealing former § 2-1654,
which pertained to time for completion, and derived from Ord. No. 961288, adopted
November 14, 1996.
