§ 2-1651. Minimum wage for janitorial employees.

No janitorial employee of a contractor on a city contract with the public works department shall be paid less per hour for his or her services under the contract than the minimum wage plus $0.75 per hour. This section applies only to contracts involving janitorial services contracted by the public works department and does not apply to other service contracts.
