§ 2-1655. Cooperative agreement with certain agencies.

In the implementation of any cooperative agreement executed with the land clearance
for redevelopment authority of the city, the planned industrial expansion authority
of the city, and the tax increment financing commission of the city, the city manager
or the appropriate department head shall regularly monitor the cooperative agreement
and shall inform the appropriate district council members of any cost overruns for
certain development projects being completed by either the land clearance for redevelopment
authority of the city, the planned industrial expansion authority of the city, or
the tax increment financing commission of the city, when the projects are funded in
part with city funds provided by the councilmanic district so as to provide full information
to the district council members regarding progress of completion of those development
projects in the councilmanic district.
