§ 12-108. Penalty for violation of article.

Each violation or failure to comply with any of the provisions of sections 12-101 to 12-106 shall constitute a separate ordinance violation and shall be punished by a fine not less than $1.00 and not more than $500.00, or be punished by imprisonment in the municipal correctional institution, not to exceed six months, or be punished by both fine and imprisonment.
