Chapter 12. AMUSEMENTS AND COMMERCIAL RECREATION |
Article III. COIN-OPERATED AMUSEMENT DEVICES |
§ 12-106. Violations by exhibitors, managers or employees.
No exhibitor, or person in charge of premises or connected with the management thereof, or their servants or their agents, shall maintain the premises where any coin-operated amusement devices are exhibited so as to:
(1)
Permit disorderly or offensive conduct thereon.
(2)
Permit alcoholic beverages to be brought in, sold, given away or consumed on the premises unless such premises shall be properly licensed under chapter 10.
(3)
Permit the play or use between the hours of 1:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. of any coin-operated pinball or marble machine or coin-operated pool table or miniature pool table as defined in section 12-101 (coin-operated pool tables).
