An exhibitor's license shall be revoked or suspended by the commissioner of revenue
at the request of the director of finance, if the director of finance shall find that
the exhibitor, in his previous operation of any place of business, has been convicted
of maintaining any gambling device, or violation of any other law or ordinance involving
moral turpitude, or that he is maintaining a place of business where disorderly conduct
has been frequently prevalent, or under conditions which would constitute a violation
of any of the provisions of sections 12-101 to 12-106.
