§ 1207. Compensation of officials, officers.

(a)

Fixed by ordinance. The salary or compensation of officials and officers of the City shall be fixed by ordinance except as otherwise expressly provided in this Charter.

(b)

No increase or decrease during a term of office. The salary of no official elected or officer appointed for a definite term shall be increased or diminished during the term for which the person was elected or appointed.

(c)

Fees. All fees pertaining to any office shall be paid into the City treasury.
