§ 1008. Disbursement of park funds.

The Board of Parks and Recreation Commissioners may expend money belonging to the park district fund, or appropriated to the Parks and Recreation Department from the general fund, or available from any other source, for the construction or maintenance of parks, parkways, boulevards, roads or other public property under its control.
