§ 76-246. Penalties.

(a)

Any vehicle permit holder found guilty of violating any of the provisions of this division shall be punished by a fine of no less than the minimum amount set out in the following schedule:

(1)

First offense ..... $200.00

(2)

Second offense ..... 300.00

(3)

Third and subsequent offense ..... 1,000.00

(b)

Each day's violation of, or failure, refusal or neglect to comply with, any provision of this division shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
