§ 76-245. Insurance.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, all vehicle permit holders of animal drawn sightseeing vehicles shall maintain commercial general liability insurance in the minimum amount of $300,000.00 combined single limit. Evidence of insurance as required by this section shall be filed with the director.
