§ 70-272. Authority to prohibit use of roadway by certain vehicles.

(a)

The director is hereby authorized to determine and designate those streets upon which shall be prohibited the use of the roadway by motor-driven cycles, bicycles, horse-drawn vehicles, or any class or kind of traffic which is found to be incompatible with the normal and safe movement of traffic, and shall erect appropriate signs giving notice thereof.

(b)

When signs are so erected giving notice thereof, no person shall disobey the restrictions on such signs.
