§ 70-176. Illegal cancellation of traffic ticket; audit of ticket records.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to cancel or solicit the cancellation of any traffic ticket, in any manner other than as provided in this chapter.

(b)

The city auditor or his duly authorized representative shall have access at all times to the necessary records, files and papers of the court and its violations bureau and the police department.
