§ 70-133. Unlawful use of license.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to:

    (1)

    Display or cause or permit to be displayed or have in his possession any canceled, revoked, suspended, fictitious or fraudulently altered driver's license or personal identification card.

    (2)

    Lend his driver's license or personal identification card to any other person or knowingly permit the use thereof by another.

    (3)

    Display or represent as one's own any instructional permit, license or personal identification card not issued to him.

    (4)

    Fail or refuse to surrender to the proper authorities, upon lawful demand, any instruction permit or license which has been suspended, revoked or canceled.

    (5)

    Refuse to write his name and address in the presence of a police officer, court official or any other duly authorized person, in order that identity of the licensee may be determined.

    (6)

    Employ as a chauffeur any person without first ascertaining that such person has complied with or is not in violation of the provisions of this division.
