§ 6-31. Scope of article.

(a)

The provisions of this article for the regulation, control and use of airports shall apply to the Kansas City Municipal Airport, Kansas City International Airport, and any and each other airport owned, operated or leased by or under the control of the city.

(b)

The word "airport," as used in this article, shall apply to any and each airport owned, operated or leased by or under the control of the city. All references to a control tower shall apply only to those airports on which a control tower is established and in operation.
