§ 68-581. Prohibition on imposing taxes, fees or assessments.

The city council was forbidden by voters on August 7, 2012, to bill and collect these authorized taxes, fees or assessments, thereby requiring that the city annually set the levies or assessments described in section 68-580 as zero. This prohibition shall expire upon the termination of the sales tax authorized by § 644.032, RSMo, approved by the voters on August 7, 2012.
