§ 68-580. Authorizations.

Latest version.

The following taxes, fees or assessments are authorized by the City Charter for the benefit of the city's parks, boulevards and trafficways:
(1)

Park and boulevard maintenance tax;

(2)

Boulevards and parkways front foot assessments; and

(3)

Trafficway maintenance tax.
