§ 56-411. Sanitation.

(a)

All exterior property areas shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition and free from any accumulation of rubbish, trash, garbage or other noxious or offensive materials. The storage, collection and disposal of refuse shall be in accordance with chapter 62.

(b)

Every operator shall furnish and maintain approved devices, equipment or facilities necessary to keep his premises safe and sanitary.
