§ 56-412. Insect and rodent control.

  • (a)

    Buildings and exterior property areas shall be kept free from insect and rodent infestation. Where insects or rodents are found, they shall be promptly exterminated by acceptable processes which will not be injurious to human health. After extermination, proper precautions shall be taken to prevent reinfestation.

    (b)

    All nonresidential property shall be in compliance with chapter 34, article IV, pertaining to rat control.
