§ 50-300. Disclosure of alleged violations.

In the enforcement of any provision of this article, the city counselor or supervisor shall not disclose the identity of any person against whom a complaint has been filed or disclose matters alleged in such complaints unless such information has become a matter of public record, or the person against whom such a complaint has been filed has consented in writing to such public disclosure.
