§ 50-110. Waste of material adaptable for fuel.
Latest version.
It shall be unlawful for any person to waste any railroad ties, lumber, trees or branches of trees when such trees or branches are more than three inches in diameter, or any other material useful for fuel, in the city, unless such material is in a place where it cannot reasonably be used for fuel by the owner, or where it is not reasonably practicable for the owner to give or sell such material to some person who can use the material.
