§ 50-107. Tenting without consent of landowner.

No person shall put or keep and maintain or occupy any tent or covered wagon as a habitation or place of living or lodging, either temporarily or otherwise, upon any vacant or unenclosed lot or grounds within the city, unless such person is the owner of such lot or ground, or has a lease from the owner thereof.
