Ord. No. 120672, § 2, adopted August 2, 2012, amended the Code by repealing former § 40-364 in its entirety. Former § 40-364 pertained to penalty for violation of sections 40-362 and 40-363, and derived from the Code of Gen. Ords. of 1967, § 21.460.
