§ 40-332. Arborists—License required; exceptions.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to advertise for, contract for or engage in the business of cutting, trimming, pruning, removing, spraying, feeding or applying chemicals to or otherwise treating trees for hire unless such person shall have an arborist's license, as provided in this section and in section 40-71; provided that this section shall have no application to public utility organizations subject to RSMo chs. 386—394.
