§ 40-71. Arborist.

No license shall be prorated so as to result in the payment of a fee of less than $10.00. Such license shall be nontransferable and shall expire at the end of each calendar year. The commissioner of revenue may revoke or suspend any license issued under this section in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, on a finding that the licensee has violated or is violating any of the provisions of sections 40-332 and 40-333(1). The licensee shall be notified of the action of the commissioner by mail. The commissioner's action in refusing to issue or renew a license, or in suspending or revoking a license, shall be subject to review by a court of competent jurisdiction, at the instance of the party aggrieved.
