§ 32-22. Penalty for violation of article or gas company franchise.

In case any gas company shall, after receiving notice of tests made by the inspector of gas, wilfully continue to manufacture and distribute through its mains within the city, gas different from that prescribed by the terms of this article, or shall wilfully refuse to comply with the provisions of this article or the franchise of the company, or the spirit thereof, such company and the managing officers and agents thereof shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation.
