§ 32-21. Tampering with stamp or card placed on gas meter by inspector; affixing false certificate on meter.

It shall be unlawful for any person, other than the inspector or his deputies, to deface, alter or remove any card or stamp placed by the inspector upon any meter, or to place upon any meter a certificate purporting to be the certificate of the inspector.
