§ 2-1932. Special benefit districts established.

There are hereby established three special benefit districts within which the city council, pursuant to the authority of section 356 of the Charter, may levy and collect special taxes for the maintenance, improvement and repair of the trafficways therein, respectively, to the same extent and in the same manner as is provided in article III of the Charter for levying and collecting of special taxes for the improvement and maintenance of parkways and boulevards.
