§ 2-1903. Rules and regulations for administration and enforcement.

The director of human resources jointly with the director of human relations shall have power to adopt, promulgate, amend and enforce rules and regulations relating to the administration and enforcement of the affirmative action program. A true copy of the rules and regulations promulgated by the directors of human resources and human relations as authorized in this section shall be filed in the office of the director of records upon approval by the council and shall be available at all times for inspection by interested persons. Copies of the rules and regulations may be obtained from the director of records by payment of a proper charge therefor.
