§ 2-1676. Payroll clearing fund.

Latest version.

All salary expense incurred by the various departments and agencies of the city in any one month shall be charged against the salary appropriation to such department and agency and credited to a payroll clearing fund which is hereby created. All claims for salaries so charged and credited shall be payable by warrant signed by the director of finance drawn against such payroll clearing fund.
