§ 2-1675. Invoice clearing fund.

Latest version.

All bills incurred by the various departments and agencies of the city in any one month shall be charged against the appropriation to such department or agency and credited to an invoice clearing fund which is hereby created. Bills so charged and credited shall be payable by warrant signed by the director of finance, drawn against the invoice clearing fund.
