§ 2-1449. Failure to obey summons.

Any person who shall be duly served with a summons issued by the court or by any officer authorized to issue a summons and who shall fail or refuse to obey any of its terms and conditions, or who shall fail to appear at the place and at the time fixed therein, may be punished by a fine of not less than $10.00 and not more than $500.00.
