Ord. No. 160589, § 1, adopted August 18, 2016, amended the Code by repealing former § 2-1446 in its entirety. Former § 2-1446 pertained to nolle prosequi and costs assessed complaining witness, and derived from the Code of Gen. Ords. 1967, § 22.6; and Ord.
